Wooden Float Plaques:
Wooden Float Plaques give your art dimension to appear as if it is floating off the wall. Float Plaques are quickly becoming a favorite for fine art galleries and artists alike. Made from our premium eco-friendly wood, Float Plaques create a durable yet creative way to preserve and present fine art. Artwork is mounted on an acid-free 3/8” thick surface, finished with a beveled edge, and given a ¾” deep backing to create a floating effect.
Material and Sizing
Made from eco-friendly 3/8” premium wood, each plaque is coated with an acid-free, moisture-resistant finish to protect your artwork and keep it looking great for years. Available in custom sizes up to 48” x 96”.
Surface Finish Options
Your artwork is printed directly onto the wood with UV-cured inks, making it durable without needing any extra coating. Since each piece of wood has its own natural color and texture, the final look may vary slightly. These variations make every plaque one-of-a-kind. Please note that replacements are not offered for natural surface or color differences.
Edge Options
The edges feature a clean 3/16” bevel in black, which frames the art and makes it stand out beautifully.
Shipping and Handling
Plaques usually take 2–3 weeks to create and ship. Your artwork will be carefully packaged by professionals who specialize in shipping large-scale art, and it will be delivered straight to your door.

Hanging System:
Your canvas comes ready to hang, complete with appropriate hardware for most traditional wall installations. For most artworks, a French cleat hanger will be used.
A French cleat is a professional hanging system that uses two interlocking pieces. One piece is securely attached to the back of your canvas, and the other mounts to your wall. When the two pieces slide together, they create a strong, stable connection that keeps your artwork level and flush against the wall.
This system is widely used in galleries and museums because it supports the weight of the artwork evenly, is very secure, and makes it easy to hang your piece without worrying about crooked frames.
